VENGUILD · INVESTOR PROPOSAL
Real Careers. Extraordinary Journeys.
A career platform designed to turn real-world achievements into a living identity—and help employers discover the talent behind it.
A résumé captures a moment. A career keeps moving.
Fragmented talent data: education, projects and achievements sit across disconnected profiles, making career progress difficult to assess.
Limited hiring evidence: employers need credible proof of skills and achievements beyond job titles and self-reported experience.
Episodic engagement: career platforms are often used only during a job search, limiting ongoing value for users and employers.
THE SOLUTION
Make progress visible. Connect talent to opportunity.
One evolving career identity: a shared record connects professional profiles with adventurer progression, making career development visible over time.
Evidence-based progression: the World Tree Engine connects verified achievements to skills, levels and recognition, strengthening the signals available to employers.
Continuous career utility: jobs, education, learning and community create recurring reasons to participate, supporting sustained engagement and commercial demand.

Short Summary
VENGUILD transforms real-world education, work experience, skills and achievements into a persistent gamified career identity, helping people showcase their growth, discover opportunities and turn their career into an adventure.
Highlights
Dual professional and adventurer interfaces built around the same career journey.
Real credentials and achievements become progression through the World Tree Engine.
Recruitment and employer tools give the platform a practical first commercial use case.
Schools, content, communities and premium services expand the ecosystem as product capacity grows.
Founder-built today, with a funding model that adds specialists and accelerates adoption.
The Business
Career platforms are built around job hunting, while careers develop continuously. Education, projects, skills and achievements are often compressed into a static résumé. VENGUILD makes that growth visible through an evolving identity.
Professional Mode provides profiles, jobs, company and university discovery, recruiter tools and employer subscriptions. Adventurer Mode expresses the same progress through levels, skills, classes, achievements, guilds and quests.
The first business is useful career and recruitment technology. The longer-term opportunity is a recurring career network with learning, commerce and a persistent game world.
Mobile experience concept. Mobile conversion remains on the delivery roadmap.
The Market
The Philippines is the initial launch market: students aged 16+, early-career talent, working professionals, employers, recruiters and universities.
Schools and career communities seed acquisition; employers and recruiters provide the first paid utility. The university directory supports institutional advertising and education-to-employment discovery.
The current sheet lists 2,334 Philippine HEI entries, including satellite campuses. These are not all independent purchasing organizations. No equal age quotas or assumed overseas contracts are built into the pitch.
Progress
Management reports a lean MVP launched in June 2026, with career, employer and gamification features still being expanded and refined.
Approximately 40% of the intended MVP complete, with 4–6 months of remaining work for the core team.
Management reports a ₱500,000 angel commitment in tranches and active partnership discussions. This is not treated as cash collected or as signed MOAs. Patent publication status is reported by management.
The Future
Complete the intended end-to-end MVP, stabilize the experience and validate paying demand. Then expand mobile, learning, marketplace, AI support and the adventurer experience.
Later phases reinforce security and UX, expand service integrations, and build Venera as a persistent RPG world. Specialist funding changes the sequence and pace; revenue and retention must justify continued expansion.
The five-year simulator below shows the timing difference. The bootstrap game build remains beyond the planning window.
The Deal
₱30M Target Raise
The indicative investment structure offers 10%–15% equity, depending on investor profile, strategic value and final negotiated terms.
Capital supports product completion, specialist ownership, commercialization, compliance and working capital over a planned 15–18-month horizon.
Indicative terms are subject to due diligence and definitive agreements. Funding is modeled as a one-time capital injection.

Regional values sum to the global model. Regional connectivity and preferences are not separately estimated; this is an expansion scenario, not a measured TAM or adoption forecast.
Methodology · Workforce to Assumed Target
Workforce × age-adjusted entertainment affinity × digital reach. Gaming provides the numeric affinity proxy; movies and anime support the engagement rationale without adding overlapping audiences. The upcoming generation is a separate demographic pipeline, not an addition to today’s workforce.
Assumptions: Industry indicators are context, not Venguild’s revenue opportunity. Staffing is a proxy for employment services, not the entire HR industry. Netflix hours cover all content; no Philippine-only hours are asserted. Anime value includes overseas business and merchandise, not all pop culture. Interest means an entertainment-aligned prospect, not measured willingness to use Venguild. The age adjustment uses estimated 2025 ages 9–17 as a share of total population, assuming evenly distributed ages within five-year bands and proportional gaming participation. This is a demographic proxy, not an observed gamer age distribution; it may understate adult workforce affinity. Anime surveys and Netflix figures have different denominators, so no adjusted anime headcount is claimed. Connectivity and entertainment rates are broad proxies transferred to workforce cohorts. The upcoming cohort uses 4/5 of the 2025 age-15–19 population under an even-age assumption; not all will enter work by 2030, and some already belong to the workforce. Mixed years and overlapping audiences are not added. Data, methodology and sources · Section 16 ↗
06 / Competitive Landscape & Differentiation
One Platform. Connected Experiences.
Connect professional opportunity with achievement-driven adventure.
Venguild’s proposed differentiation connects evidence of skills and experience with professional opportunities and an achievement-based adventurer experience. This combination is designed to support ongoing engagement beyond job search; its value will be measured through repeat usage and opportunity outcomes.

Funding and Commercial Outlook
Select the investment amount to compare product capacity, commercial adoption and financial performance against the bootstrap baseline.
One-time funding scenario
₱0
Funding Allocation
Funding is received once in January 2027. Technical work begins in October 2026. Bootstrap budgets only four developer allowances and recurring operations. Marketing is zero through ₱100,000; funding above that baseline receives a 10% allocation until total funding covers baseline annual operations, then 20%. The one-time allocation is spread over the planned funding duration. Other founder compensation follows the funding rules. No automatic cash contribution is assumed; a negative balance shows the support needed.
At each annual review, spending capacity is limited to remaining cash and 90% of prior-year collected revenue. New hires need six months of funded cost; renewals are checked again annually. Future growth does not automatically create available cash.
Bootstrap vs. Selected Funding
Capital and Capacity Assumptions
Core delivery continues even when the cash plan is short. The report shows that shortfall explicitly. Specialist uplifts apply only during funded contracts and only to relevant initiatives. A specialist is not counted as full-time capacity in both web and mobile lanes.
Cloud scaling is an editable reserve, not an AWS quote; credits reduce covered AWS cash bills, not payroll or other services. Collection is assumed one month after revenue recognition. Payment fees apply to processed customer payments, including creator and marketplace GMV, excluding Google and affiliate earnings. Operating capacity uses before-tax cash. The Financial Statements section separately presents depreciation, tax provisions and net profit.

New registrations are calculated from channel assumptions and deduplicated. The registration goal is a comparison benchmark, not a ceiling; modeled results can exceed it. Simulated Funding₱0≈ US$0
Funded scenarios reserve 20% for marketing, including the CCO. Bootstrap has no paid marketing allocation; founder-led outreach is unpaid. Social founder compensation remains in Operations. Specialists are funded first within their share; the remainder supports campaigns.

Market, Competition and SDG References
Market methodology: workforce totals use World Bank 2025 regional estimates and PSA August 2026 for the Philippine panel. Upcoming generation is 4/5 of the 2025 population aged 15–19, assuming even age distribution. Interest scenario uses broad gaming shares (PH ~60%, global ~43.9%), demographic age-retention proxies for excluding ages 9–17, then internet-use proxies (PH 67.3%, world 74%). Age-9–17 estimate = one-fifth of ages 5–9 + all ages 10–14 + three-fifths of ages 15–19. Retained share = 1 − estimated age-9–17 population / total population. Gamer participation is assumed proportional across ages; actual fandom age cross-tabs are unavailable. This multiplication transfers broad rates to workforce cohorts; it is not an observed intersection or adoption forecast. Movies/anime figures are context, not added populations.
Research reviewed 8 October 2026. Sources use different years and definitions; audience segments overlap. Planned capabilities and SDG contributions are not claims of delivered outcomes.
